SHIPPING POLICY

Fringe processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $8 3-5 Business Days

2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive 

Canada Shipping: $30 Can take 10 days to arrive 

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:

  • Fringe is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

  • Fringe recommends that those who have questions, concerns or are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, ask their local postal office or customs office as we can not answer these questions and do not assume responsibility. 

  • Fringe will not refund you for shipping costs if you refuse the customs fee upon delivery. 

  • You must claim a package as lost within 90 days from the date the order was placed to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

Track Your Order

We recommend tracking your order as Fringe is not responsible for stolen packages.

Product Availability

We try and keep our inventory as up to date as possible, so it’s unlikely, but should you order something that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and send the rest of the order in the agreed upon timeline. You will be reimbursed for the out-of-stock products. 

RETURN POLICY

We at Fringe want you to be happy above all else. 

If your product is broken, defective or you have a quality concern, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. Contact us and explain the reason for return and if approved, we will provide a return label. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.

Unopened and unused products can be returned for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
